For this historical prop my brief was to research and then make an object with a Scottish connection that was in use up to the 1940’s. I decided to make the Jacobite Steam Train - Peppercorn K1 Class 62005 which was built in Queen’s Park Glasgow in 1949. This locomotive still runs from Fort William to Mallaig crossing the Glenfinnan Viaduct.
